Training Support for EmployersAccess Training offers support to employers of all sizes and in all sectors across the East Midlands.
We’ve been helping businesses in our region find and keep well-trained, competent staff for nearly 40 years. We can help overcome a number of barriers to growth: You have little or no budget to recruit new staff We have an in-depth understanding of Government training incentives and how to tap into them. We’ll advise you on the most affordable way to recruit for your business, and ensure you access the financial incentives you are eligible for. You’re struggling to recruit the right candidates for your roles Our friendly Business Relationship Team will explore with you where the gaps lie in your business, and which apprenticeship programme is the most suitable to help you achieve your objectives. We’ll then advertise, screen and interview candidates for your selection. The skills of your workforce are not keeping pace with their sector We know that investing in employee skills is an effective way to retain your most valuable staff. It is a common misconception that apprenticeship programmes are only available to young people and to new members of staff; in fact, any person over the age of 16 qualifies, whether they are unemployed or in work. We will match the appropriate apprenticeship programme and level to your staff member(s), helping your business to remain competitive. |
