Qualified below level 2 in maths and/or English

The two weeks flew by because we got straight into the work. We learnt about procedures in customer services and the workplace, which I found useful. We got to practice interviews and role-played scenarios, which I thoroughly enjoyed because I prefer a hands-on interactive approach. The course helped me gain more confidence in interviews and working in a professional environment.
