An apprenticeship is a real job with training, so you can earn while you learn and gain a nationally recognised qualification. Many employers keep their apprentices as permanent staff after they complete their training.
What does the Learning and Skills Mentor Apprenticeship teach?

The Learning and Skills Mentor is a role that applies to any sector where there is a need for training and development.

The purpose of the role is to support individuals and teams with their learning and development, with the objective of achieving agreed goals.
