Business Administration

An Apprenticeship is a real job with training, so you can earn while you learn and gain a nationally recognised qualification. Many employers keep their apprentices as permanent staff after they complete their training.
What does the Business Administration Apprenticeship teach?

Business administration involves providing support and assistance to a team or management, usually working in an office environment.

Although duties will vary between employers, apprentices will usually be required to carry out general duties such as typing, filing, mail distribution and photocopying. Good communication and IT skills are an essential requirement for this qualification.
