Access Training is perfectly positioned to understand the needs of the Housing sector because it is co-owned by two housing associations, Futures Housing Group and Nottingham Community Housing Association.

Our Housing qualifications 

We help staff in housing associations gain the following qualifications:

• Property Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship Level 2. Learn more.

• CIH Level 5 Housing Management stand-alone qualification.

This online qualification provides the skills and knowledge needed to perform in a senior management role. It covers all relevant areas of housing policy and practice, and to a recognised professional standard. Investment: £1,820+VAT for the 5 unit model; and £2,180+VAT for the 6 unit model (both inc registration). The duration of the course is 12-15 months.
