We are an award winning independent training provider that has been working in partnership with people and organisations to enhance skills and employability for over 35 years.  We provide an opportunity for staff members to contribute towards making a real difference to people’s lives.  In addition to the extensive range of apprenticeships and training that we deliver, our Full Time courses for example provide an opportunity for 16-18 year olds that may have struggled at school, to achieve a recognised qualification whilst preparing them for either an apprenticeship, the world of work or college.

Current Vacancies
Learner & Stakeholder Engagement Advisor (Employability)
Full-time
£22,592 to £27,248 depending on experience and qualifications
Based in Nottingham with travel across the East Midlands (e.g. job centres, referral partners and Employers)

The Learner & Stakeholder Engagement Advisor will identify potential learners for training programmes via a variety of methods including engagement with job centres, referral partners and direct applicants. They will then carry out screening and high quality Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG) of potential learners to ensure suitability before enrolling them onto training programmes.

Housing Trainer Assessor
Full-time
£31,322 to £41,216 p.a. depending on qualifications and experience.  Ability to assess and deliver higher level qualifications required for consideration of higher end salary.
Ideally based in the East Midlands. May involve some travel in and around the area, hybrid working considered.

The Housing Trainer Assessor will engage with employers to support learners throughout their training in Housing by reviewing and assessing their progress and ensuring they attend appropriate off the job training.
