Terms and conditions for entering Access Training (East Midlands) Ltd’s competition to win a tablet and hamper of Cadbury chocolate.
 
Entering the prize draw

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being run by Access Training (East Midlands) Ltd. Neither Cadbury nor any Mondelēz International brands are responsible for the prize draw or the fulfilment of the tablet of chocolates and cannot be held liable for this promotion.
3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age (Access Training, Notts County Football Club, Cadbury and Mondelēz International brands staff members are excluded from the draw).
4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted 
6. The prize draw is free to enter.
7. The prize draw will include those entries submitted by 5pm, Sunday, 30th April 2023. Entries after that time and date will not be included.
8. Access Training will not accept responsibility for any incomplete or inaccurate contact details

 
Prize details

1. The first name drawn will win the tablet and a hamper of Cadbury chocolates.
2. The second name drawn will win a hamper of Cadbury chocolates.

 
Drawing and announcing the winner

1. The winners will be drawn at random on Tuesday, 2nd May 2023. They will be notified by email no later than Friday, 5th May 2023.
2. The prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
3. Access Training (East Midlands) Ltd’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
4. Access Training (East Midlands) Ltd will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If we have not heard back from a winner within seven days of a second email, they lose their rights to the prize. We reserve the right to choose and notify a new winner.
5. Winning prizes can be collected by arrangement from the Access Training (East Midlands) Ltd Head Office at Cawley House, 96 Cliff Road, Nottingham, NG1 1GW.

 
Data protection and publicity

1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
2. Entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at [email protected]
3. The winners agree to the release of their first name and surname as part of the announcement of the winning entries.
4. Access Training (East Midlands) Ltd does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
5. On receipt, all product and warranty responsibilities product are that of the prize winner.
6. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
