At 37 years old, Sara decided to take the next step in her career by enrolling in a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship while working at Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham. Despite the challenges of a fast-paced hospital environment, she remained committed to her studies and ultimately achieved a distinction grade.

The help and support from my trainer assessor and tutors have been invaluable throughout my apprenticeship. Knowing that help was always at hand made a huge difference. This qualification will help me succeed further in my chosen career path.”
One of Sara’s biggest hurdles was maths, particularly fractions, but her perseverance paid off. She attended extra classes, completed additional work in her own time, and successfully achieved her Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths, a significant personal milestone.
