Ofsted ‘Good’ rating achieve
We’re delighted to share that we have once again been rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, a recognition we’ve now held consistently for the past 15 years.
This achievement is a real testament to the commitment and passion of our team, and to the strength of the partnerships we’ve built with employers and learners.
We currently have over 1,000 learners on programme, and we’re excited to continue supporting each of them to develop their skills, grow in confidence and achieve their career ambitions.
Here’s a summary of what the report had to say:
Learners and apprentices feel well-supported, safe, and motivated, with most developing strong skills and progressing confidently to further opportunities. Strong employer partnerships ensure training reflects real industry gaps and meet employer needs. Staff create inclusive, well-managed learning environments and deliver well-planned, engaging lessons.
We were especially pleased that the report noted the strength of employer partnerships, particularly as we’ve worked with many for over a decade, including Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH).
