We’ve been accredited the Matrix Standard

We’re delighted to announce that we have once again been awarded the Matrix Standard. It’s the national quality mark for training organisations that deliver high-quality Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG).

The Matrix Standard is a respected benchmark that we’ve held since 2006. It demonstrates that we’re meeting the highest standards in supporting learners and employers. It recognises our commitment to helping people make informed choices about their futures, whether that’s through apprenticeships, employability programmes, or staff development opportunities.

The accreditation follows a rigorous assessment process that looked closely at how we deliver our services and support our learners. The assessor highlighted our safe and supportive environment, the positive impact of our tailored programmes, and the investment in experienced staff and training and development.

Commenting on the award, Corrina Hembury, Managing Director of Access Training, said:

“We’re incredibly proud to receive the accreditation consistently for the last 19 years. It reflects the hard work and commitment of our team to provide person-centred support that genuinely changes lives. Whether we’re helping someone take their first steps into work or supporting an employer to grow their workforce through apprenticeships, our focus is always on quality and impact.”

This achievement strengthens our position as a trusted training provider, and we remain focused on helping people reach their full potential.
