Marisa’s housing apprenticeship journey

Housing and Property Management Level 3

For Marisa, completing an apprenticeship in Housing and Property Management in 2023 was a transformative experience. It wasn’t just about gaining a qualification—it was the foundation that set her on a path to success and opened doors to new opportunities.

Reflecting on her apprenticeship, Marisa shares, “The apprenticeship helped me to reveal my full potential. It gave me a boost in my confidence and the tools I needed to go back to university.”

Today, Marisa is thriving as a second-year Joint Honours Accounting and Finance student at Nottingham Trent University.

Building confidence and skills

One of the biggest benefits Marisa gained from her apprenticeship was the confidence to pursue her ambitions. The structured learning, combined with real-world experience, equipped her with practical skills that she continues to use in her studies and career.

The support made all the difference. “I am grateful for the support Access Training have given me.”
