Housing and Property Management Assistant Level 2 Apprenticeship

The Housing and Property Management Assistant apprenticeship offers an excellent starting point for individuals looking to begin a career in the housing and property sector. This customer-facing role provides hands-on experience and essential knowledge to build a strong foundation for future progression. Apprentices will play a key part in creating and sustaining successful tenancies and leaseholds across both social and private housing sectors.

Typical responsibilities include preparing paperwork for service charges, conducting supervised viewings and rental negotiations, undertaking customer and neighbourhood surveys, and supporting repairs and maintenance processes. Alongside practical skills, learners will gain a solid understanding of housing legislation, organisational policies, and the diverse services that shape the sector. By the end of the programme, participants will be equipped to confidently support housing operations and take the next step in their career.

An apprenticeship is a real job with an accompanying skills development programme. It is a way to earn and learn, gaining valuable skills, knowledge and behaviours whilst in a specific job role.
