Welcome to our new Operations Director, Hannah
We’re thrilled to announce that Hannah Harwood has joined Access Training as our new Operations Director. With her leadership, she will oversee all aspects of teaching and learning delivery, ensuring that we continue to uphold our commitment to ‘Delivering Excellence’, one of our three strategic aims.
Hannah has over 17 years’ experience in training and management, beginning in the hospitality sector, before transitioning into the world of apprenticeships, training and quality assurance.
Hannah’s role will be pivotal in providing a great learning experience for the 1000+ learners we support each year. Her expertise and dedication will not only enhance the quality of our programs but also help us shape the future.
Hannah shared her enthusiasm for her new role, stating, “I am excited to be working collaboratively with the whole team and our learners to support their development and success. My key focus for the first half of 2025 is identifying areas for improvement, ensuring the smooth delivery of all training programmes, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. I also plan to work closely with all teams to align our operations with the company's strategic goals, aiming to lay a solid foundation for growth and continuous improvement in the coming months.”
Her arrival strengthens our Executive team, which now comprises of Hannah, Kathy Howarth, Commercial Director and myself. Together, we’re excited to continue driving our mission forward and delivering the high standards our learners, staff and stakeholders expect from Access Training.
