Grace Bugg: A rising star in Customer Service
At Access Training, we’re passionate about empowering apprentices to achieve their goals, and 18-year-old Grace Bugg is a shining example of what dedication and determination can accomplish. Her journey through the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship is a story of growth, hard work, and success.
From apprentice to permanent team member
Grace began her career at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) as an apprentice, eager to learn and develop her skills. Through her hard work and commitment, she not only earned a Distinction in her apprenticeship but was also offered a permanent position at NUH. Her achievement reflects her dedication to building a professional career and making a meaningful impact in her role.
Going above and beyond
While completing her apprenticeship, Grace took it upon herself to attend evening sessions to achieve her Level 1 and 2 qualifications in English and maths. Although, Level 2 was not required for her apprenticeship, her proactive attitude and commitment to self-improvement show her passion for learning and growing in her career.
Reflecting on her experience, Grace shared:
“Access Training has been super supportive throughout, and they helped me achieve more than I required. This will help me progress further in my role.”
