Departmental/ Operations Management​


​An Apprenticeship is a real job with training, so you can earn while you learn and gain a nationally recognised qualification. Many employers keep their apprentices as permanent staff after they complete their training.

What does the Departmental/ Operations Management Apprenticeship teach? 

Skilled Managers are vital to the success of their organisations. Whether you are a new Manager or wanting to further develop your skills and knowledge, these nationally recognised qualifications will give you an in-depth knowledge of the roles and responsibilities involved.

As a Manager you will take responsibility for initiating tasks and procedures and other responsibilities such as problem solving, defining strategy, managing change and dealing with staffing issues.
