Confidence Building with Employability Skills

Boost your confidence and improve your employability skills with our free short, classroom-based course for adults aged 19+.

Over three days, you'll learn stress management, time management, and techniques to build self-esteem.

Achieve an Entry level 3 AIM-accredited qualification in Employability, designed to enhance life skills and self-confidence.

  • Aged 19+
  • ​Unemployed and receiving benefits or earning below £25,750 per year
