Class of 2025 - Celebrating success and shaping futures
On Wednesday 1st October 2025, the grand Council House in Nottingham came alive with pride and celebration as we hosted our annual Apprenticeship Graduation Event, a tribute to the achievements of our dedicated apprentices.
Supporting over 1,000 learners each year, Access Training has long been a trusted name in apprenticeship and employability programmes. This year’s event marked a significant milestone for graduates across sectors including Health and Social Care, Early Years and Education, Housing, Business Administration, Property Maintenance, and more.
The event showcased powerful success stories from learners which highlighted the transformative power of learning while working.
We welcomed over 100 apprentices and their families along with special guests including Paul Moat, Chief Executive at NCHA Paul assisted with the presentations and shared his pride in the graduates:
“Your hard work, dedication, and willingness to learn are truly inspiring. Apprenticeships are key to building a confident and capable workforce for the future.”
— Paul Moat, Chief Executive at NCH
