Connecting motivated people with real opportunities in care
Access Training partnered with CityCare to deliver our employability programme that supported individuals to take confident steps into a career in health and social care, while helping the employer attract candidates who were genuinely motivated and job-ready. Working closely with CityCare and local Jobcentre Plus teams, we designed a programme that reflected real roles, real expectations and real opportunities, creating a clear pathway from unemployment into sustainable employment.
