CIH Level 5 Diploma in Housing - Experience-based pathway

The CIH Level 5 Diploma in Housing is the leading qualification for housing managers and executives progressing into strategic roles. It builds advanced skills in leadership, governance, management and professional ethics to support the delivery of high‑quality housing services.

With the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023 requiring senior managers to hold a recognised housing qualification, this diploma supports both compliance and career progression.

As a CIH‑approved study centre, Access Training provides expert‑led learning that blends practical insight with industry best practice.

This qualification is ideal for experienced senior housing professionals in England who already hold a regulated qualification in a related subject and now need a Level 5 housing management qualification to meet the Regulator of Social Housing’s Competence and Conduct Standard.
