Description |
The programme is aimed at Year 11 pupils who would benefit from
an extended work placement with a local employer. The programme will develop new skills, boost confidence and self
esteem, encourage team working and will be a preparation for
the working world. |

Length |
Starts in September or
January. The programme starts with an induction
at our premises to prepare the pupils for the world of work
and introduce the qualification. The programme will run for
the duration of the academic year 11. |

Qualifications |
NOCN
Level 1 Award in Skills Towards Enabling Progression
(Step-Up). 2 Units will be delivered: Preparation for Work
and Work-based Placement. (10% of Level 1 Threshold and
12.50 points) |

Venue |
Induction at our
Nottingham premises. Work
placements are all Health & Safety vetted and arranged to suit
the needs of the pupil |
