Learner Satisfaction has always been high at Access Training with a 98% satisfaction rate for learners receiving training for the past 3 years. Learners who said they were “Extremely Satisfied” with their training has risen from 23% in 2007 to 47% in 2011

Framework for Excellence Survey

Access Training has received a score of 89.50 (out of 100) in 08/09 and 90.00 (out of 100) in 09/10 for learner satisfaction in the Framework for Excellence national learner surveys.
