Where will I learn?
Induction takes place either in the work place or at one of our training centres. You will have your own trainer assessor who will visit you in a work placement such as a day nursery, crèche, playgroup or primary school. To support your learning you will need to complete online seminars that look at Safeguarding, Health and Wellbeing and Observing children. These can be accessed via the Moodle site.

How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed through work based practical tasks and through a portfolio you will build up proving your underpinning knowledge and experience.

What does this lead to?
You can become a qualified Nursery Assistant and progress to a QCF Level 3. You may progress into Higher Education via a Foundation Degree in Early Years.
